I was associated with Vivek Vidyalaya, Goregaon since 1990 and my journey in the field of education has been joyous and very fulfilling. I have taken keen interest in the various curricular and co-curricular activities, whether it is music, dance, drama, sports, arts or crafts. I have also enjoyed and learnt a lot by judging various competitions. I have learnt more by interacting with people than by reading books. Being at close quarters with the future of the world, I have been able to understand their academic, emotional and psychological problems and I have upgraded myself to handle it.
In 2007, I started “Management Me……Insights for a lifetime” and embarked on a new journey – conducting workshops on various topics like Myself, Art of Learning, Nurturing Relationships, Stress Management, etc. Till date I have conducted 213successful workshops . To quench my undying thirst for knowledge, I also completed the “MASTER TRAINER COURSE” in March 2011, and was ranked 1st in the class. In March 2012, completed BAT9 Assessments Course conducted by Oscar & Murphy Life Strategies Pvt Ltd. In 2013 I became a Dermatoglyphics fingerprint Analyst.
In 2015, completed certification in Life Coaching from RRTS. Conducted 8 full day seminars on topics like TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE IN ONE DAY! & MY DREAMS MY POWER!
At present, I am enjoying Life Designing for my Clients and students which has resulted in many success stories. Few of my success stories involve my student overcoming cancer, another overcoming depression, academic improvement, employment achievement, Enhanced Relationships among parents of students leading to improved behaviour of students, averted Suicide attempts, reduction of dosage in epilepsy patient and thrombosis patient, encouraging and handholding Slow Learners and the like.
My trainings in organisations like RTI, Audit Bhavan, RIIFT Fashion Mall & MBA institutes lead to transformational behaviours amongst the participants leading to continued services year after year.
My Dream is to INSPIRE ONE MILLION PLUS PEOPLE TO BECOME THEIR BEST VERSIONS.
