Personal Coaching- The Process of Transformation

Around 6 months back some pulses had got spoiled and I decided to throw it away . Around 250 gms ,then a thought came to me . What if I put into the pot ? Maybe there is one seed which is viable ?

The true coach in me couldnt let the seeds go waste. The possibility thinker in me decided to be positive and I planted them ..in a few days it turned totally green and mucky just as any coaching session in the begining as the emotional release takes place and there is catharsis.
Everyday with a little prayer in my heart I would give it water hoping to see a leaf.

Slowly there came 3 little sprouts and finally today one sturdy creeper has come to this level of growth. Note the flower on it.😀

Such is the process of coaching.

Sometimes it’s slow sometimes its fast. Changes from person to person and problem to problem.

The success of coaching processes depend on the Never Give Up Attitude of the coach and coachee.

Every body requires a coach to reach their goals.

A coach is a beacon of hope and his / her expertise can transform you to your best version.

Hence the process is a win win situation.

The coach and the coachee also help each other grow and evolve. The joy of seeing your coachee reach
their highest levels of success is a treat and joy unequalled to any other incentive for a coach.
